Locate the 14-digit FESCO reference number in the consumer information area of a recent electricity bill, then enter all digits without spaces or punctuation. This number connects an online bill request with the relevant electricity connection.
If you have a 10-digit number instead, follow the Customer ID bill-check guide. When the reference number is ready, open the homepage FESCO bill checker. Independent information website; not an official FESCO or PITC service.

The 14-digit FESCO Reference Number is normally printed in the consumer-information area of a recent electricity bill beside “Reference No” or similar wording. It identifies the electricity connection for online bill lookup. Enter all 14 digits without spaces or punctuation, and use the number shown on the latest bill available to you. You can also use the Customer ID guide.
Take any recent FESCO electricity bill connected with the same meter. Look in the consumer information area near the upper section of the bill.
Find the label “Reference No” or “Reference Number.” The complete 14 digit number printed next to that label is the number required for an online bill search.
The exact position may change if the bill format is redesigned, so follow the label rather than relying only on a fixed location.
A standard FESCO reference number used for online bill lookup contains 14 digits. Copy every digit from left to right.
Do not include spaces, hyphens, full stops, or other characters when the online form requests digits only. Be careful with zeros and repeated numbers.
A reference number is not the same as a customer ID.
Select the correct option on the online bill form. If you have a 10 digit number, use the Customer ID option instead of entering it into the reference number field.
The serial number printed on the electricity meter is not necessarily the number needed for the standard online bill lookup.
Similarly, the consumer’s name, address, CNIC, and mobile number should not be entered in the reference number field.
If you previously downloaded a FESCO bill as a PDF, open the file and enlarge the consumer information section. Look for the “Reference No” label.
You can copy the number from the PDF, but check it carefully before pasting. PDF applications sometimes include spaces or copy nearby text with the number.
Ask the account holder, property owner, landlord, previous tenant, or person who normally pays the bill whether they have an earlier copy.

If the number cannot be located, contact FESCO through an official customer service channel. You may need to provide information that helps verify the electricity connection.
Look in the consumer-information area of a recent FESCO bill beside “Reference No” or similar wording. Enter all 14 digits.
The number identifies the connection and is normally reused for later bill checks. Use the number on your latest bill; if rejected or different, try Customer ID or contact FESCO.
Check that it has 14 digits, remove spaces, select Reference Number and retry. You may use the 10-digit Customer ID instead.
No. The meter number and the 14-digit Reference Number are different identifiers. Use the field label shown on the bill.
