First open the latest available bill with the supported Reference Number or Customer ID. After the bill loads, use your browser’s Print command and choose Save as PDF as the destination. Menu names vary by phone, computer and browser, so allow the bill to finish loading and review the account details before saving.
Before starting, locate your 14 digit reference number or 10 digit customer ID. Both numbers are normally printed on an earlier electricity bill.
Enter the number exactly as shown. Do not include spaces, punctuation marks, or extra characters unless the bill checking form specifically requests them.
Choose whether you are using a reference number or customer ID. Enter the complete number and select the search button.
Once the latest available bill appears, confirm the consumer name, service address, billing month, and reference number. This quick check helps prevent you from saving the wrong account’s bill.

The downloaded bill is usually available in the Downloads folder or the location selected during saving.
Open the bill in Safari and select the Share button. Choose Print and open the print preview. Use the Share option again to save the bill to Files as a PDF.
